You are entitled to receive the pension if you have been employed legally.
Only workers being legally employed are entitled to receive the pension.
1. Pension
Ukrainian workers may add years of work in Poland and Ukraine together and after having reached the retirement age, they are entitled to receive their pension from Poland or Ukraine. This applies to legal employment only.
2. Post-accident pension
You are entitled to receive the post-accident pension if you meet these conditions:
- you are covered by insurance against accidents
- you are unable to work
- incapacity for work was caused by accident at work or occupational disease
You are entitled to receive your pension due to incapacity for work or occupational disease provided that a doctor from ZUS (Social security Office) finds your incapacity for work has been caused by accident at work or occupational disease.
