- Your employer goes to the Municipal Office to announce you.
- The Municipal Office has 30 days to issue a declarations of intent to employ foreigners.
- Your employer sends you the declaration, on the basis of which you can:
- having the declaration you apply for the visa in your country.
- can come to Poland.
- Your employer announce your arrival to Municipal Office and gets work permit and temporary stay permit for you.
- Work permits concerns only a particular employer. If you want to change the employer you must apply for a new work permit!
- Temporary stay depends on the work you do – it can be up to 180 days a year for seasonal work and can be prolonged to 9 months.
